Kabhre Multiple Campus has organized a program targeted for differently able people with the support of University Grants Commission (UGC) under the University Community Linkage Program on Tuesday, 14 Kartik, 2080. The program was inaugurated by the chief guest of the program, Kanchan Chandra Bade, assembly member of Bagmati Province. The program is organized to empower the differently able people of Kabhre district under program title Handicraft Production Management. During the tenure of the program, differently able people of the district will be provided trainings regarding handicraft production and its management. Lecturer of Kabhre Multiple Campus, Krishna Pyari Nakarmi mentioned that in the first phase training of paper and cloth handicraft will be provided for the differently able people of the district.
She has mentioned that the first phase program has started from Tuesday, 14 Kartik 2080. Similarly, the second phase bamboo related handicraft production training, in the third phase record keeping of handicraft production and management related training and in the fourth phase production management and distribution related training will be provided.
In the program chaired by Mr. Lambodar Kayastha, Chairperson of Campus Management Committee, delegates from local governments, different organizations working for the differently able people of the district, Campus Management Committee members and staffs were present.
